Anne Percival - Project Manager

An accomplished veteran of the production business, Anne has an understanding of both sides of the client/agency relationship. Prior to ByteJam, Anne was Production Manager at several Richmond, Virginia ad agencies including Work Advertising, Just Partners, and RightMinds.  Before her agency days, she worked client-side for This End Up Furniture Company and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

In addition to managing all development projects, Anne trains our clients to use content management systems including MODX, WordPress and others. Translating high-level technical concepts for the less technologically inclined is a big part of her job. She’s lucky to be surrounded by a great team who always find new ways to solve complex problems. She led ByteJam’s transition to Basecamp project collaboration. And she’d be happy to make Richmond, Virginia restaurant recommendations if you need them!

A graduate of Sweet Briar College, Anne's resume includes a number of high-profile clients such as Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia Tourism Corporation, Wingate Inns, Riggs Bank and the Gettysburg National Battlefield Park.

Anne travels to Italy every chance she can. When she isn't planning trips she's working on renovation projects on her 1880s house, or at least filling Evernote with ideas for the ultimate kitchen.

Recently she adopted a rescue dog from Fetch A Cure's Pixie's PenPals, a wonderful program where inmates at Virginia correctional centers train and socialize rescue dogs. She and her pup just finished up their AKC Canine Good Citizen training and he has been certified CGC. He looks forward to visiting ByteJam’s dog-friendly office to keep the premises squirrel free.

Don't panic!
